As someone who is an avid reader, I love designing stickers that relate to my favorite books.
A new bookstore opened in Elizabethtown, PA, called Bookshelf Shenanigans, so I inquired about selling my book-related stickers in the store. They loved the idea and also asked if I could do a watercolor illustration of the store. I have never done a digital watercolor illustration, but I was excited to try and learn new techniques!

Using Procreate and new digital watercolor brushes, I illustrated the front of the bookstore and changed a few things to make it more symmetrical. I also added books to the windows to illustrate to first-time viewers that it is a bookstore.
I turned the illustration into stickers that I printed and cut at home using my Cricut.
I also worked with a local printer to turn the design into postcards.
